First of All, What is an Autoresponder? An autoresponder is a computer program that automatically answers e-mail sent to it. I Guess one way or the Order you might have Come Across this Features on some Website, e.g When you Register on some website e.g Naijaloaded, Immediately after your finish the Registration, A mail will be automatically sent to your Inbox using an Autoresponder features.

This Features is sometimes used by Companies such that when you send mail to an Official emails e.g vc@unilorin.com, A mail informing you that your mail has been received by the Vc will be automatically sent to you within 20 Seconds, This Features was set by the Use of an Auto-Responder. Most People never make use of this Features because its for Private Mail for Company but now Yahoomail & Gmail eMails can now make Use of the Auto-Respnder Features for Free.

HOW TO ENABLE AUTORESPONDER IN YAHOO MAIL
1. First Log in to your Yahoo account.
2. On the top left side of your Yahoo account, click on the Option >> Mail Option link.
3. Click on Vacation Response.
4. Tick the Enable Auto-response during your vacation option to turn on the automatic reply.
5. Set the frame or lapse of time within the automatic reply will keep sending the messages to people contacting you.
6. Under Generic Response, fill in the blank field with a message of your choice. {This Message will be Sent to anyone who Send Mail to your Email Address}.
7. Leave every other Option as they are.
7. Now Click the Save Changes button at the Top and you are done!.
HOW TO ENABLE AUTORESPONDER IN GMAIL
1. Log in to your Gmail account.
2. Click the Settings link located on the top right side of the Gmail page.
3. Click General tab (you should be already there as it is set by default), scroll down the page and reach the Vacation Responder section.
4. Click the Vacation Responder on radio button to turn on the feature.
5. Set the lapse of time within the auto response email message will be sent.
6. Fill in the Object and Message blank fields with your own customized message.
7. Click the Save Changes button and done!.
Now anybody sending a Mail to your eMail will Automatically Receive this Message!
